Every port needs a stowage plan.
Today it is done by hand, one port at a time.

Stability, weight, reefer plugs, bridge visibility and later ports all have to fit. Slots are left empty. Each one costs about $3–10K, depending on the route.

A container ship cut at one bay. The cut face unfolds into the bay plan: boxes by discharge port, with one empty slot outlined.

Port order

Next port’s boxes on top, or they get restowed

Stack limits

Heavy boxes low; each stack has height and weight limits

Reefer plugs

Reefers need power plugs and sit low in stacks

Weight balance

Wrong weight distribution can break or capsize the ship

Bridge visibility

The master must keep a clear line of sight

High-cube mix

HC and DC boxes must be mixed right to use all space

Multi-Port Stowage Planning

We generate an optimized stowage plan for the whole voyage, not port by port. It works alongside mainstream stowage software such as CASP. Planners review and fine-tune, and keep the final decision.
